Consultation on Share Plans

HM Treasury launched a consultation on Non-Discretionary Tax-Advantaged Share Schemes: Call for Evidence in 2023. Both Professors Pendleton and Robinson made submissions to the consultations.

To date (November 2024) there has been no government response to the consultation submissions.

Andrew Pendleton and Andrew Robinson also submitted a separate response to the consultation, based on many years of research into SAYE and SIP.
